Good App, easy to use with an intuitive interface. Great service and great delivery times with an amazing range of restaurants. My only criticism is that it has been buggy and sometimes won’t let me process an order, it goes into the basket but when you go to checkout it says “something went wrong”. I contacted their support via Twitter and they tried to help me and were polite but couldn’t fix the issue on either of the two occasions it has happened.
Said my boyfriend’s card is invalid after I’ve typed the numbers twice (so it’s definitely correct) and he has enough money on it. Its a regular visa so its not some weird card either. Then when I tried to pay again with a different card, it said ‘looks like you already placed this order’ which totally confused me. I wasn’t charged so I ordered again and it worked on that card. Anyway, very annoying bug when you are hungry!
The app is mostly good. But please add a label/filter/whatever to see “minimum spend” in the list. It is ANNOYING to scroll several screens of “special offers” with $$$ of minimum spend (need to tap and check all the time). Most of competitors are much more transparent here.

The app is fine. I just have issues that sometimes the food is not the same as if you went into the store and got it ( like they di smaller portions or different sauces ) also i dont like paying the premium. Good to see which restaurants are open nearby at the time of day.
Easy to use and have a lot of useful features – restaurant ratings, pictures of meals. Recently I had problems with confirming orders but seems like it’s working fine now.
