The app hangs and has been becoming more unresponsive over the years. Navigation is a bit of a dread, which is a core UX fail for something as simple as an ecommerce app. You get the sense that there is no one supporting continuous design and development, so you just don’t check the app often enough considering how it bottlenecks from discovery to buying pieces you’d like to own. Decent selection, though. But the product could be so much more than what’s actualized.

The app keeps bringing up errors and needs reloading. Also, it doesn’t have a quick response time. It takes longer than usual to open up a page, etc. Not so user-friendly, unfortunately.
The updated app is faster on my android hp. However the app keep going back to the home page when I leave the app for just awhile. I think the app should have saved favorites so it’s easier to shop
