This app has Changed my LIFE! It’s Amazing how much my mental health has improved! I started to feel very different in week 2, happier, more in control of my choices of food, activities and wanting to look after my body. My IBS symptoms have improved too, I’m also following a low FODMAPS diet for a few weeks. This app is great for people with IBS, chronic stress and/or a dysregulated nervous system. The downside is the font size that’s too small, it can’t be changed, doesn’t have zoom in option.

Will not remind daily no matter how many times you change your settings. I have missed more than I truly meant to because the day gets away from me and I don’t have that visual reminder on my phone. The app itself is full of great info broken into small pieces. But the structure of the sessions leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t mind the scenes, but do wish I could choose the intro because sometimes I don’t want to look around the room or tense my body. The way it’s recorded, this could be done.

i have found that this is really improving my ibs symptoms and mental health just in the trial period. i like the meditation aspect. i like coaching and “get in touch ” options. The only thing im hesitant about is the one time annual enrollment payment… i do wish it was a monthly subscription! overall… i would recommend this app to someone who shares my condition!

Loved the sessions and felt they really helped me. There is a significant bug in the app that has ruined my experience though. Whenever I reach the end of the 6 weeks the app continuously crashes when I attempt to exit the screen prompting me to enter the maintenance phase. There is no way around this other than restarting the program and losing all the features. So disappointing.

I am absolutely delighted by the impact of this program on my gut health. Not only are my IBS symptoms shockingly improved, but I am able to use the relaxation tools I’ve learned to help in other situations…like my fear of flying on planes, worrying about my kids, etc. Yes, the program is very repetitive, and that’s the point! Listening to and practicing the same techniques over and over is how we integrate them into our minds and our bodies. I LOVE the narrator’s voice!

I think the best advice for this app and any new method one tries to ease a complex chronic illness is to keep an open mind. Will it cure you? Probably not. Will it be a helpful tool to manage a condition? For me, yes, it’s helped more than anything (including restrictive diets, rxs, alt therapy, etc).The hypno sessions, exercises and readings can feel repetitive, but the repetition is important bec it is wiring the concepts into your head. It helps to approach each day with a “beginner’s mind”.
