While the app is decent, it has unupdated delivery points, at least for one of the delivery firms they are working with. Also, it is stated that the orders can be placed so they are delivered in stores free of charge, however 75% of the store do not process orders. While the app might not have it’s fault in my experience, I’ll take the service as a whole. In Romania, it seems unreliable. I have had orders from china that were delivered faster than this sinsay order.

Finally the app is here!! Is more easier to navigate/search/shop and place an order than on the website. Works fine (04.01.23), no bugs, no errors and I managed to place an order. As a suggestion maybe would be less annoying and more easier if the “Mama/mommy” clothes category is in a separate area and not mixed up with the women’s category.

Sinsay is an absolutely gorgeous clothing brand. Especially for me, a man, living in Ukraine, this brand helped me a lot of times when I needed to find new clothes or shoes. And I’m not talking now about clothes for kids or clothing packs for families. Other than that, the products of the brand aren’t so expensive, so this, along with what I’ve written, makes Sinsay one of the most usefull stores. Definitely,5 stars!

One star because it’s not the first time that coupons don’t work in the app on weekends. According to the store employees, it’s a problem with the developers or the app support team.

There are stuff on the website that is not on the app and some are cheaper on the website than on the app. Also, there should be ENGLISH as choice of language. Marketing strategy please.. why not allow other nationalities enjoy the app and website as well?

Because the items have different names it’s a bit hard to use the search button. Also the desktop version of the site is more user friendly.

Even if I ordered the products by using the app, when I wanted to make the return process, I had to do it on the web. It is quite annoying for a simple customer and also, the customer support was not so user friendly and did not want to understand the client’s situation even if… SINSAY’s core business consists in sales… Online or directly into the shop… Integrate your interfaces and provide some soft skills trainings to your employees to make a smoother process.

Why no home page button present everywhere? When app in the basket I cannot back to shopping start page, from some item I cannot back to main, so on..
