I’ve been using this for so long. It’s the best app out there since you don’t have to manually add in tracking details. However, there’s been issues for at least a year on keeping the Amazon account linked or updating status even though the email shows delivered. There’s an error everytime I try to login. I hope it gets fixed soon, as I don’t like any other tracking app I’ve tried.
Not what it used to be. :( Doesn’t detect any purchases and shipments from my email even after re-linking. I never lost connection with Google mail but Slice also never auto-updated and followed my purchased and shipped items. This was once a great feature and I now manually have to enter the tracking. Update: tried the new “advanced amazon feature” and after trying to link my acxount several times, saw no other reason to keep the app. Uninstalled. Til, it catches up with the needed fixes.
Great concept, but it has some bugs. Seems optimized for tracking Amazon shipments. Sometimes it loses or can’t initiate tracking on smaller vendors. There is a feature for manually adding a shipment, but it doesn’t work. (I’ve reached out about this 3x but the support just isn’t there.)
Used to be one of my MUST HAVE apps! I love how it logs all of my tracking numbers so I can see them all in one place. But recently, the connection to my email broke and I cannot get it linked back. I continually get the error that my password is incorrect- but my password is correct. The unlinking has made this app virtually unusable.
Most of the time it’s great, but it occasionally needs to relink the Amazon account and whenever that happens, it is a nightmare to relink. I’ve tried using a password manager, copying and pasting my account credentials, and manually typing the credentials in. Nothing works. It takes several weeks of trying almost daily to get my Amazon account relinked.
My apps suddenly stopped updating and connection to my Amazon account is impossible. The app used to work perfectly. I receive deliveries about 3 times a week and this app kept up with all of them. Now is not able to connect to my Amazon account. Nothing has changed on my side. My password is being accepted but a minute later the ‘fix’ shows up next to my account again… UGH!!
Really works well for me. I usually have 2 or 3 packages a wk. This puts all of them in one place, let’s me know all the tracking info from every delivery service. Sometimes I purchase directly from China which can take 3 weeks or more to deliver which I’ll forget at times. This app let’s me see & document all my purchases. If there’s no email receipt you can manually enter your purchases. Keep track all your shopping expenses in one place!
