I was waiting so much for this game, yet it is pure dissapointment at this stage. Whenever I open the game I get error 6 all the time. Which states there is a config error, the only suggestment is to try restarting the game. No matter how many times I tried to launch the game properly (via mobile data, wifi connection or even with VPN) I still get the same error code at loading screen. Please try to fix this issue because most of the player base experiences the same issue over and over again.

Finally managed to log in and play the opening sequence. The visuals and gameplay are a great step forward from the previous game, and the items and skillset are sure to add more to replayability. It’s a shame that this is having such a frankly terrible launch, but I know that you guys are working to improve it. Good luck, and I eagerly wait for things to stabilize so that I can play without the fear of suddenly disconnecting and losing progress.

I love the gameplay, creating the best combination of classes and abilities that best fits the player is really fun. For me atleast, there is still error messages popping up every once in a while while I was playing even though I am clearly able to play without issues. It’s espesially annoying when it pops up mid fight because I couldn’t see or use any abilities until the 10 seconds timer for the “retry” button becomes clickable. If this issue is fixed this game would be so much more enjoyable

I’ve got pretty good internet and idk how it always says connection error causing me to pause all the time while playing the game for like 20 seconds, even worst at boss fights. I hope this issue can be fixed. So far the game looks and feels better than the previous game. I like how they added hybrid classes and combination of skills it really spices up the game. Keep up the good work!

The game is amazing and I love the gameplay and the OST. That being said, the server issue is a super major headache since it just pops up, making you wait for 15-20 seconds without being able to do anything and then continue. It’s so frequent it’s became a major annoyance at this point. It takes 30 minutes for a 10 minute level because of that. Please fix the servers as soon as you can
