Good plans on the whole. A good variety too. Main criticism is that there are no written descriptions of movements. Often unclear with them just being animated drawings and nothing else. Also, not enough time between exercises when there is a change of position. EG from standing to lying on floor. Should be at least 10secs between each one so you can get into position. Oh and you can’t use it on laptop. It is much harder to follow workouts on a phone!
The exercises are great. I tried to load other widgets to my home page but doesn’t work. I like that it counts steps however, my steps aren’t getting counted as women’s clothes don’t have pockets and I don’t always have my phone on me. Not a problem with the app just a note. The app is telling me I need to drink over 2 gallons of water a day. Which is impossible. I try to drink half my body weight in water which is half that amount and doable. From my research 2 gallons is too much.
Nice and challenging exercises. I find the 5 seconds a bit tight to switch positions and it would be good to have the option to pre-view the exercises in motion not just in a picture. Otherwise enjoying it so far.
I think the app was great. good exercises and a large variety of exercises. but I would love it more if there was additional written guide for the exercises. so that we will be able to understand the positions
This app is amazing! You can definitely feel the burn. Also after every workout you can see and feel the change And it’s super easy to fit into your schedule So I would definitely recommend this app!
