This is by far the worst app I have ever had. Doesn’t even deserve one star. At some point out of the blue I was signed out and then I could no longer login. Once I enter the credentials and add the 2nd verfication text, it asks again for document verfication, but of course once I try to do that, an error message is promted. You are working with money and you are not able to have a damn working application. The web version works but looks like it was created by a 5 yo. Coinbase

Glitchy…not cool, esp. when its an investment app! The app doesn’t load timely information. Many times it freezes and i need to close out and reopen. If youre making time sensitive exchanges this app is not for you. Its really strange, too, bc the regular coinbase app ran smooth as butter. I guess they figure lower fees mean they can make transactions more difficult? Truly interested in safe, reliable alternative apps.

Same issues never resolved. App does not update when you make changes, orders don’t update. The only solution provided by Coinbase is to restart phone , relaunch the app, have a strong connection. I sure have a very strong connection. Why don t you fix it? All the reviews mention a lot of the same issues happening over and over. Pathetic. Please get the app to work properly. This is an investment app. People use they money to invest. Thanks

I use to really like using this app, except for the high fees. I don’t know what happened but now the price doesn’t up date, the graph has gaps in it if you switch to different time frames and it has a long delay when ever I do anything. But the worst is they did away with the stop loss. THAT’S RIGHT!! NO STOP LOSSES! Bye bye coinbase lots of other options out there.

This app is not perfect, however I would to suggest some improvements. First of all, the app displays only 2 decimals when I go back to look at my previous SHIB orders or when I go to look at my limit buys. It shows $0.00 which is not helpful, since SHIB has 4 zero’s in front. Second, every time I scroll down the list of cryptos and then I click on it, upon pressing the back button it takes me to the top and it is very inconvenient to always have to scroll down again to where I was before.

I’ve been mostly content w this app. It works well most of the time, but not fully reliable like other services. The candles and lower fees are nice, but I can’t find some of the metrics other apps provide like how much one puts in vs where it’s at now, and the return per coin as well. I expect an app that claims to be a “pro service” to at least provide basics like this.

It’s frustrating there isn’t a way to go from your portfolio straight to trading an asset you already own. Be a lot more convienent if there was a way. No saving favorite assets that I’ve found. The price scaling punishes new users and “rewards” loyal ones via a reduced fee based on how much is traded.
