K-9 Mail user reviews:
Works great, just like it says, dont have to swtich to a black berry like the 99% of my work place has to. lol
K-9 Mail It’s a good app & when it works it works well. But it hangs frequently, it freezes more than it hangs & boy it ain’t half slow at times. HTC DESIRE S x3 mail accounts.
The K-9 Mail app is really great, hell I like it more than the Gmail app itself. It’s great at receiving, but it does lag when it comes to sending on a 2G network. Swiping left or right to switch to newer or older email could use a little work. But other than these, it’s a really great app and highly recommended.
I just made the switch from the standard gmail application and I will never look back. It has a silent time built in, pinch to zoom and most importantly, I actually get notification of new email arrivals, nice change from the gmail app! I am impressed so far, great app thank you
Using two Email account really easy to switch between the 2 and you cab use different ringtones for each account so it easy to tell which ones got the mail. Drafts save to sd card so no worries about losing a big email you’ve written but not sent yet. I use this everyday for work and its great.
This is a great mail app that works well with a ms Exchange server. My only gripe is that I get mail from weeks or even months ago even if I open then delete the message
Works great with four accounts. Only issue is I can’t open attachments after I have opened them once. Gmail can do this okay but gmail can’t look after all my email accounts.
Over the next week, we’re rolling out K-9 Mail 4.4 – a major new release featuring a redesigned user interface, 9 months of new features, bug fixes, performance improvements and other awesomeness.
Don’t worry if you don’t see it for a couple days.
This release fixes a few crashing bugs in K-9 4.400.
