It’s a wonderful game that doesn’t annoy you with ads all the time. Moreover, it’s contents are not locked behind a pay wall and a user that isnt VIP can as well advance into the game. However, I feel that the game lacks in some places. For example, it would be greatly appreciated if we could accept all the received mails at once. Also, after checking a new order to ship, the game crashes regularly. Please fix that. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I really really like the game and it’s super addicting. Every day I spend long time playing it. I’m only pretty mad about the money I spend. I spend 8€ today for the hello kitty coins but I got nothing. I wasted 8€ for nothing only a little color and some other things. You should at least put every few pulls a chance on a good item not letting players waste there money. Disappointed by that
