OneSync – Automatically synchronize files and folders with OneDrive

[App] OneSync – Autosync for OneDrive

OneSync  This app is an automatic file sync and backup tool.

It lets you automatically synchronize files and folders with Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage and with your other devices. It is an ideal tool for photo sync, document and file backup, automatic file transfer, automatic file sharing between devices,…

New files in your cloud account are automatically downloaded onto your device. New files in your device are uploaded. If you delete a file on one side, it will be deleted on the other side. It works across multiple devices (your phone and your tablet). If their folders are synced with the same cloud account, they will be kept in sync with each other.

This is how OneDrive works on computers but not on Android. Two-way automatic synchronization should be an essential function of the official app. For whatever reason, it is not the case. OneSync is here to fill the gap.

All file transfers and communications between user devices and cloud storage servers are securely encrypted and do not go through our servers. No outsiders will be able to decrypt, see or modify any file contents.

OneSync user reviews :

This app is top-notch for anyone who wants to back up their recent pictures, videos and other important files on the without eating up all your phone’s memory space. Very well designed; It has a well thought out set of user options. Great utility!

Awesome Tool, let’s me sync my entire phone with one drive and have access to all my files on any device. Easily transfer photos and never have to worry about losing data again.

it stopped syncing. saying some folders don’t exist. why not have it skip and move to next folder instead of saying it failed and stop.
  • MetaCtrl
  • OneSync already does that! It skips the missing folder and moves to the next. The missing folder error is a configuration error. A folder was configured to be synced but now does not exist anymore. Please check and fix your folder pair configuration.

It does exactly what I need it to I think it’s a great app kind of a worry-free went to do some simple setting up very up front and forward

The sync seems to generally work well, but it would be nice to be notified when the sync fails, and why. Currently, you get a notification when a sync is initiated, and if it is successful, but if it fails for any reason, you aren’t notified. I recommend adding failure notifications that include reasons such as no connection, credential failure, or sync not required.

Great service, I use it to sync audiobooks to and from my OneDrive, works absolutely perfectly

I am impressed! It was a no-brainer for me to purchase the whole thing as I am invested in Onedrive/365. Now my music and school work are well organized & synced across all devices without me having to think much about it. This makes cloud storage make more sense! It’s crazy that Onedrive does not have these features built-in.

I use it fine. I have good wifi connectivity so uploads don’t fail. I would upgrade to ultimate if it would improve the upload speed. I have good wifi with at least 70mbps and it still took 30 minutes to upload 1.2GB worth of pictures.

Works great for keeping my music library synced on my phone. I just manage it on my PC, open the app, click sync, and my new found songs are in my phone’s library.
