The app is useful as far as having a huge assortment of products at a very good price but the search and navigation are an absolute disaster. The search often misses products that might have a slightly different wording. It’s so bad that I often use Google to search for items on Allegro. And searching and navigation in individual stores can become often such a mess that it requires quitting and starting over. Payment is also very confusing if you want to use a gift card.

If you aren’t a member of the service, choose to add the service during checkout while buying an item, as soon as you go to the bottom of the page to complete checkout, the app crashes. Every time. Buy just the annual service and then buy the item separately, no problem.
- Try uninstalling the app, clearing cookies and app data and reinstalling Allegro. Get back to us with an update on whether everything is back to normal.
Generally very happy with allegro and the app. But having issues with misleading or over selling products. When I try to write “cons” of purchased products it gives me issues so I cant make people aware about issues.
