I’ve looked at several of these intermittent fasting apps and this is easily the best. It allows you to set an alert for the start time, and then you just press a button after the last meal of the day and then before the first meal. It logs your times and you can enter your weight as well. It doesn’t ask for unnecessary information like details of what you’ve been eating. Also only £2.99 one off. All the other apps are over complicated inflexible and expensive moneyspinners for their operators

Despite some minor grievances (like the fact that it won’t let you adjust the minutes upwards to reach :00 because the intermittent values would lie in the future, and that fasts longer than 24hrs aren’t represented accurately in the calendar), this is far and away the best, no-nonsense fasting app. And I’ve tried them all.

Finally a fasting app that does just what I want and nothing more. I’ve tried several others, which all have a suspiciously similar format and all try to sell a subscription costing $10-15 per month. No thanks. This app has a fasting timer, reminders (with the one time $3 purchase of the pro version) and weight tracker, with an attractive interface. Simple, easy to use, perfect for what I want, very reasonable price. Thanks!

This is the app your looking for. Very good amount of free options, it even goes up to 24 hour fasting for free. A one time payment of of 3.99$ if you want the premium features. But these are definitely not needed. Simple to start your fast and end your fast when you want, simple and minimalistic interface. Very easy to use and very convenient.

It’s been an amazing experience. I was new to IF and didn’t know where to start. I researched it’s of different ways of doing it and found keeping myself accountable and keeping track of it were 2 difficult tasks for myself. This app helps with both and it’s very simplified as well so it’s easy to log your records. Thank you! Btw I have been doing IF for a month and I lost -3kg!

This app is almost the perfect app for me. Simple, uncluttered, easy to understand GUI, the ability to add and edit fasts after the fact, and reminders are all present. The ONE thing it lacks that would make it a 5-star app for me is the ability to record a note with each fast. This morning I ended a 16:8 fast early because I really felt like I needed food, but there’s no way to note that. That makes the fast tracking feature very digital, a pass / fail tracker. Fasting is more complex.

I love this app. After trying it out for free found it easy to use, to alter the fasting times and add weight, etc – unlike the first two I tried – so I paid for the Pro version. Very happy with it. Update: still love the App except the fact that the weight loss change doesn’t work. Having lost 15lbs and logged each loss it still says I’ve lost an 8lb change and does not veer from that figure. 20th Nov 2020 — Still using and loving the app. Lost 24lbs doing 16:8 since 12 July.
