Really loving this app. It’s easy to use, the built in timer is great, it’s a breeze to save previous workouts. I have been lifting weights for almost 20 years now and this app still has quite a few new lifts I’ve never seen or heard of. The video tutorials are thorough and make me feel comfortable trying to exercises. The interface itself is simple but the features are high quality.

Good concept, LOTS of room to improve. I enjoy using it to keep me on pace to get through workouts quickly, but there are a lot of minor inconveniences that I assume will be fixed sooner or later since this app seems relatively new. The auto-generated workouts are often times not feasible or optimal so you have to go and adjust it manually which is also a pain to navigate at first, and there are several exercises that don’t exist in their library. Also there isnt a timer for planks/cardio

So I dropped the rating after I saw the difference between the Android and Apple version of this app. The Apple version has all the special features while the Android version does not. It is still a good app but the bells and whistles the Apple version has is so much better. For example the Apple version gives you the breakdown as to what weights to put on a bar to get the right weight. It also has features like calibration and follow-up questions to see how you feel when you finish a workout.

It’s been nearly 4 years since I’ve reviewed this app, so I believe an update is in order to reflect all of the changes. Following my move to Android, I learned this app lacked certain features of its iOS counterpart. I’m happy to say that is no longer the case; with exciting updates being introduced frequently.
