A phenomenal time waster when it works. Unfortunately, at some point, your franchise is going to freeze and all your work will be wasted. When the app decides to freeze seems largely random. I have one franchise that I took to 2035 before it froze while I had a Seattle franchise that I was only able to take to 2025 before I couldn’t sim any longer. I’m hoping the 2022 version coming out next month will address these problems.
Having an issue where the game automatically reverts to the wrong google account on my phone, while I bought pro using a different account, so I have to remove the one google account from my phone every time I play and then restore pro. Otherwise a fantastic game. Hope this can be fixed. Maybe an option to choose which google account you’re using would be useful, I’ve seen that in a lot of other games. Edit: fixed, 5 stars!
GM mode is the mode I play most on console and I always wanted a mobile version to go along with it. This is that game, since I downloaded it I’ve played it every single day, it’s near perfect for everything I’m looking for in a GM mode. Force trade and sign allows rosters to always be updated even when you’re already in season mode. Can’t recommend this enough it’s the best GM experience I’ve ever played. Puts EA to shame in so many ways. Tremendous tremendous game A+++++ 15 stars
I’ve been a fan of these games since HLM 20 and I love this one. I have already pre-registered for HLM 22. These are amazingly simple, yet detailed and fun hockey management simulations.
This is an amazing simulation game. My hat goes off to the developer for creating something so sophisticated for mobile devices. I am very excited for the next installment.
Best game I’ve ever played, well worth buying the pro version to get actual rosters. Incredibly well made and in depth, best hockey management game out there.
This is a really fun game! I sid not buy the pro version because im a kid. Bit otherwise this game is like NHL 21 EA SPORTS. I dont mind the generated names. I think the expansion draft should be free. And you didnt have to have a phone number or email to download a roster.
Amazing game as is. I would, however like to see a online-multiplayer part where you choose a team and every real-world month a new season will start, and your team will go up against all(31/32) other teams to compete for the championship. You’re probably not able to do this, but I think many people would enjoy that(optional) aspect.
Great game overall, but there are some borderline game breaking bugs with no fix. Players will get stuck in tournaments and will be unable to be called up from AHL to NHL. This problem will not fix itself the following year and the player ends up being buried in the AHL (where he ends up playing) while his overall keeps growing.
