Great app! Works well and has great features! Some of my employees are still having a hard time remembering to clock in and out on it, but we’re working on it! The reminders when you go outside/inside the geofence don’t always work. But overall the ease of signing in, changing tasks, and tracking time is fantastic! I’m determined to try to stay on the free version, and it’s been a month and I’ve only been tempted to upgrade once, but I made an adjustment and now I don’t feel the need any more!

I looked through a bunch of different platforms to find a remote timecard app that would allow me to remotely manage contractors and employees. I was happy that I could try out Jibble for free. It was super easy to install and setup. It took a few tries to find the information that I needed in the dashboard because the app has lots of features, some that I dont actually need, but even my less-than-technically-inclined employees set it up with ease! I’m super happy, great app +A.

It’s been a great experience for us. We use it to track our clients going to classes, appointments, meals, etc. Facial recognition takes a little time setting up but once it is setup properly it works. Don’t buy cheap tablets though, the quality of the the camera affects the facial recognition. Overall it’s been great and they have great customer service.

Overall Jibble2 has worked very well for our company the past 6+ months. Previously each employee used a “pocket pal” calendar to record their part-time hours, so this is a giant improvement. The app and website is very detailed and offers many options. However, because of the complexity, a few employees find it hard to remember the steps for entering their hours. Having options to customize a personal (or company-wide) tailored experience to fit our particular needs would be very helpful and make the process more intuitive and streamlined. Being able to organizing and/or hide unused or irrelevant buttons/menus/categories would make it perfect.

I use this app to track my time now that I work from home. I just needed something to help me track my hours and Jibble does that perfectly. I use it on both desktop and phone and it is really easy to use simultaneously on either. The user interface is pretty intuitive, didn’t take me long to figure out how to use all of the free features. I like that I can even designate and track time spent on different activities. My favorite feature, of course, the little coffee break button!
