I can not believe that a company like Renault is not capable of making such a simple app work properly. Climate control and charge management never work. You have to try 10 – 15 times and still can’t be sure. The only thing that kinda works is checking the status of the battery, but only once every 15 – 30 minutes. I love my car, but this up is a disaster. Also, renewing your connected services is ridiculously complicated and counterintuitive. SSD card, reinstall, sincronise, code … absurd.

Only useful for checking vehicle range and even that sometimes does not update. In order to be useful, it needs to offer more information like inside/outside temperature, car locked/unlocked, get car notifications, offer possibility to operate lights/doors. Not sure if the app or the car is at fault but overall, the ecosystem is very limited.

An easy to use app but a little limited. The app is easy to use (2023 Zoe) and I can start a charge or start cabin pre-conditioning, but that’s about it. It would be good to be able to: – unlock and lock the car – programme schedules for cabin conditioning and charging (rather than having to sit in the car and do it) – set charge limits – journey tracking

app has been slow, unresponsive, glitchy in turn (only recently intalled). As soon as I installed the app to go with my home charger, this one stopped responding and all charge history data disappeared. Uninstalled with intention of reinstalling, watching an infinity loop on the screen – not opening. So annoying.

Limited experience. No real options for Austral except turning on lights from app and honking. You could at least add remote heating. Also the app doesn’t work in “unsupported country” which means when you are on vacation you can’t even use car locator where is most important.

Mostly, it works fine, some random fails, and some bits seem overly complicated. Would like to see stopping charging at a set % as an option.
