Everything at a glance: manage your account, redeem vouchers, get the latest nextbike news, give feedback or contact our customer service team directly. To rent a bike, enter the bike number or scan QR code. For return simply select a station or retrieve location via GPS.

nextbike has a different brand name in some cities. Once you register in your favorite city, you can ride a bike in all the other cities, too like e.g. Styr & Ställ in Gothenburg, City Bike Linz or arriva bike.

Happy with this! BAD: -never know the “flex zone”, a map of it would be a benefit. -Bikes often got turned handlebars and locks don’t open. -Too less return-spots. Can’t really use it if you are on the edge of a city. It is nice to get to the main train station though, IF you are luckily next to a rental spot. GOOD: -The customerservice worked fine for my first experience, only issue: if you hit a button before the computer voice stops it stops working and you need to call again.

Many minor issues, but good in general, some bikes need some overhaul, some others are great, slightly heavy for jumps, suitable for shopping, night rides, lot of fun, thank you so much! It would be nice to see how much will charged exactly, I mean when you change the bike, or occasionally park and retake

This App is completely broken. This App has a way to huge data usage, not everyone can afford data plans with more than 64kbits, I have literally no idea, why I have to plan up to 2 mins for waiting to rent a bike. There are certain bikes, where everytime I click on them, the App crashes. The bike reservation system does not work for my, bu somehow for everyone else. When I reserve a bike there are 2 options, ether when I get to the bike my reservation is suddenly gone, or the bike isn’t ther…

App is very nice. Nextbike has locations in multiple countries unlike Citibike, so I could rent their bike from several European countries. I rented the nextbike fron Berlin and it is absolutely cheap, at only 1 euro for the first 30 minutes, in contrast with the NY citibike and Boston’s Bluebike, which costs much more.

This app is the only convinient service of its kind so has cornered a market. The bikes are often broken though and I have been wrongly charged so many times for various things when using the bike exactly as instructed. The bikes themselves are convinient but the amount of stress and payments I’ve had to try and get back through them (no cash offered obviously, only credit) is outrageous. I’d recommend them but be extremely wary and don’t let them take you for a ride, figuratively.

The app itself seems good and intuitive. There could be more information about things like the “park” feature which i am not hundred procent sure why it exists and how does it work. A good feature would be a live chat to solve problems that could appear. The bikes could be better but that’s not the app problem

I’m updating this review after complaining for customer service. I sincerely apologise but apparently the issue was mine because the emails were in the junk folder. The service still has some technical issues regarding bike renting (bikes at the station not bookable because already taken, etc.) but overall I think it is a very good service which I’m happy to use again.

Only used it once but it works how you’d expect. Scan the qr code on the bike, phone gives you a code to punch in, you punch in the code, bike unlocks, you ride it to another location, lock the bike in, punch in the code you stop getting charged. It’s a pretty good deal for what you get. My bike was in solid condition, brakes worked. 3 gears. The big hills of Pittsburgh posed a bit of a challenge but I guess that’s more on me, LOL! just be careful to make your destination has a station nearby.

This app has improved leaps and bounds since I first tried it a few years ago. It just worked. Unfortunately initial non refundable deposit is £10 which you then start using, but other than that hire of bike and return of bike very easy.

The experience of renting and riding is easy and satisfying. It would have been better if the bikes had their own wifi to connect,instead of users havung to have their own data.

Loving the service. Helpful staff. Occasionally glitchy but that’s to be expected with remote technology, and fixed soon when you call up.
