Paymo is pretty awesome. I love that I can create task lists (groups of related tasks) and subtasks for tasks. For me, these little attention to detail go a long way. HOWEVER, the app leaves much to be desired: (1) there’s no dark mode, (2) there’s no app security (PIN, fingerprint), and (3) I can’t manage my account within the app. The only thing listed under Preferences is Notifications, which I can toggle on and off. That’s it. But I can do the most important thing with the app, which is track my time. I just hope more features and functionality will be added to the app in the near future.

This app is very useful. I have 9 employees and really can improve our working sync.

Very nice App to record and manage project related time

I love love love this app. I am a translator/editor and it allows me to keep track of my time on each project. I don’t need the management stuff but for what i need, it delivers and is worth every penny.

Simple and gets the job done. Although in the last update, the feature to add custom time was removed. This was an important feature in the mobile app.

Hi Aly, you can still add custom time – when you chose Add Time make sure you check out the options at the top of the screen Stopwatch – Interval – Duration. Hope this helps!

The best project management SaaS I’ve ever used! – task management – advanced report – time tracking

I’ve been using PaymoApp for years. I’m a solo practitioner with multiple clients. It’s helped me keep track of my activities as well as reconcile time spent on projects for my clients. The reports are easy to customize for my needs. I especially like how I can keep track of my activities on multiple devices that I use and the info is synced in real time. I also think PaymoApp is the best value for the price.

Good to see the app being launched. Could do with a few more features eg. ability to edit project status or filter archived projects out. But on the whole it’s a pretty good accompaniment to the desktop web-app. I should add, the desktop service is brilliant, lovely design and really easy to use.

This is a great app update. We have used Paymo for our small business since 2014. It has been great for time entries and hours reporting. Along with a long list of other features. We highly recommend it.
