Relatively easy to use app. Some bugs occasionally in certain of the categories. Also annoying how they split the archives, last chance, new and e-shop collections. Payment and order tracking along with previous order history works well.

This app is glitchy. From time to time, the app just spins and I can’t click or do anything. Now, when I try to check out, I had a hard time getting past the credit card screen. It’s blank and out of sheer luck, I accidentally clicked on the area where you can enter the security code. For a company that is pushing people to use the app, it’ll be great if they could ensure the app works fine.

I don’t like that I only have 28 minutes to purchase the items in my cart before they are removed.

I am absolutely happy with sezane, love all the pieces I bought, quality and design are amazing! I could feel each item is made with love, and you cannot imagine how much I cherish them. Return and customer service experiences are pleasant. Although the app has some bug, but the overall navigation is well-organized, simple and clear, please keep updating your app. I like it a lot.

It is great to browse, set notifications and set favorites. However my app is set to deliver in Spain, but ONLY displays UK or US sizes… This resulted in me receiving a size 42 pair of sandals… And a size 38 dress, when both my sizes are 40. I thought I could bypass the problem by using a size conversion chart they have on their website, but those sizes didn’t match up either. I have written about it to customer service, and look forward for that bug to be fixed as it is very important.

I love the browsing experience but the app is slow and has a lot of bugs, I had to try to pay 3 times for it to work for no apparent reason. Once items are in basket, you can’t click on them to go back to item description (e.g. of you wanted to check materials etc)

Super, duper happy to have Sézane on Android. Been a long time customer of this brand. Now I just need to verify if ordering works! For people having British pounds as default currency, just choose the country of delivery under Settings. The currency adapts itself :) Update as of 19.07.2021: The app has become rather buggy. The payment methods fail while placing the order and I have to repeat the whole thing via desktop again. Can the developers please look into this? I keep getting the message

Finally was able to log in, I guess the bug was fixed. Not giving 5 stars, as I think the user experience still have room for improvement (ex. You cannot “favorite” a product when being directly in the page for it, the categories are not that user friendly, pretty hard to find etc).

I have been buying from Sezane since April this year. Like most online retailers it too me 2-3 orders and returns to ascertain my correct size with them but once I had done so -I was so happy with the quality and cut of the clothes. Yes delivery at times can be quite slow as can be confirmation of returns – but in general I found customer service good – I had difficulties in generating my free postage baroda and it was sorted that day. My experience thus far has been very positive.

This app is done really well. So freshing to be able to see all the clothes in an outfit next to each other when shopping. Really helps find teh look the model is wearing rather than endlessly searching. Thanks
