Hellllp is not working anymore. When I open a picture to edit it show me a black page

Is there a bug at the moment? When I used the trial for free it worked perfectly fine now that I decided to buy for the whole year it doesn’t work well at all! I edited a super short video and it downloaded until only 20% and no more. And yesterday it took me hundred times to save the photos i edited. Please fix! I used Android.

Simple to use! Although you can do plenty with free version the paid version is very affordable, and worth it! I run all my photos and videos through Tezza just to make them more appealing visually! Another perk I recently found is the Tezza filters on Instagram thanks for sharing your skill with the technically challenged like myself. You make my life easier which is appreciated!

Pleasantly surprised by the amount of power her app has. It’s by far, better than I imagined. And I use VSCO and Light room religiously. The presets are actually worth every penny.

Has changed everything in the way I edit my photos. Great platform that delivers high! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spice their pictures to the next level.

Superr like it ,bought the subscription but after few days its lagging and cannot save my work pls fix the bugs ! Do really love this app.

Sometimes it will freeze and not save the edits I’ve made onto my phone..

This app is very good I have been looking for such a mobile app for photo editing for several years

Seems good so far except that it freezes almost everytime I go to save the edits.

Incredible app – when it works. Too bad when you click to edit on a picture the screen goes black and nothing loads. I’m really really really disappointed because I relied heavily on this app for the few months I used it and now … I’m going to have to delete it. Tezza are so difficult to contact and I have not received a single response to any of the emails which I have sent. Thanks for the help I do not recommend this app as the people who created it are not in the least bit helpful.

This app is what I’m looking for. All my photos are now very good-looking with the filters. I would really recommend it for people who want to express their photos with filters to make them even on point and on spot. Its worth a try to download yourself! I definitely recommend it.  ::UPDATE:: I gave this app now a 2-3 because you have to get almost everything by trial, and I don’t want to do that. Please make them free. It would make everyone want to download it. Who doesn’t like free stuff?!

This was my favorite app I used it on every photo I have had for at least a year but today whenever I click on a picture to edit it it’s just a black screen and I can’t edit it I have even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it I hope it gets fix soon cuz I’m so upset that I can’t use it cuz it was my favorite app and I havnt found another app that I like as much as that one
