While I really loved the game there’s a few things that irk me. 1. It’s way too short! I love playing through the game but the moment you unlock all the stages it gets a bit boring… 2. The leaderboards and achievements aren’t working for me. Not sure if this is a global issue however. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. 3. Is Chapter 5 meant to be blank or am I missing something? 4. A way to review the journal entries would be really nice. 5. In case there’s an expansion, may I suggest adding boss enemies that hover and try to attack? That’s all. And once again, really love the game. Pixel art is such a wonderful style.
Retro? Yes. Simple? Yes. Addictive? Oh yes! This reminded me of a tower jumping game I played on PC when I was a kid – and I loved it. Discovering notes is a bonus and keeps the interest level good. But here are my gripes 1. The leader boards isn’t working for me. Clicking on the cup icon does nothing. 2. The last lost note did not contain any contents at all. Not sure if it’s a glitch or intentional. I sorely miss this
I’m not usually keen on the pixel style games. However the concept for this game is brilliantly simple, and plays absolutely fantastic. A lot of neat features implemented that are fun and enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic!
this is a really fun and addictive game, once you get the hang of it anyways, i hope to see more levels and power ups in this game in the future so i hope development keeps going!
Really neat little game. Simple but challenging gameplay. The ads are done perfectly and user friendly, even warning you before they pop. A bit too short. I’d like to keep playing, but interest fell off rapidly after I collected all the notes, even though I had many upgrades left to buy — my suggestion would be to add more incentives to keep playing, such as more daily challenges (or make them a big challenge list instead). My biggest issue is probably how there are almost never enough enemies to build combos off of, unless you’re deep into the final stage.
