The app is decent with the new heat map feature which helps us to pick a zone to work in. But I believe there is some issue with the apps algorithm for order matching for riders as I have noticed on many occasions that whenever I am sitting with other riders I am not given preference at any time and other riders always get orders.
Fees are lower and lower, the multiplier is fake. Before without multiplier and now with 1.2 multiplier is the same pay, but now the currency is down so its even worse. And when I get assigned to 2 orders I can’t reject the second one cuz its too damn far. Its a bug
I have worked in deliveroo since 2017. Now I am not able to open my app. When i open my app, it says “problem in your account please contact rider support”. When i send email and my vevo check to rider support, they said “this mail no longer in use please contact team delivery rider support”. And when i send email to Team delivery rider support, they said the same thing that “this email is no longer in use… Really poor help and support for old rider. Please fix this soon. Thank you. I will rate only the GPS satnav , many times puts you in difficult situation. Please fix this . Is a must. Thank you very much. Is a simple and handy app
Works well. Just be good if the in-app map rotates when you’re driving. I know you can go direct to Google maps from the app but be good if that one worked that way
My app isn’t working. I downloaded many times but always says sever error, something went wrong, it’s happening from last two months. Can you please tell me how can I resolve this issue? Many Thanks
Please can you check sound problems…it doesn’t make any sound unless you are on earphones or bluetooth…can you fix this please.
the algorithm favors more people who use an electric bike, leaving few deliveries for those who have a normal bike, it has already happened that 3 deliveries in a row have fallen for a colleague who was on my side (500 meters delivery, which could very well be done by normal bike) and none for me in all this time, just because the other bill is electric, this is unfair
I have worked for a long time with deliveroo, they must improve the map, if the app have movement sensor would be great, and also the alternative of being able to choose the vehicle, I work on motorcycle, but I would like to use the bike sometimes, or the car when is raining! And maybe alert at the screen, sometimes I don’t know if a restaurant call me because my phone is silent.
The app is user friendly and no crashes, in the times without extra fees per order, working with a bycicle (non electric), in my opinion doesn’t worth to work (too little money). The company should extend the times with extra fees per order, expecially in London. At the moment are an average of 2.5 hours per day for four or five days a week…. Not enough. For what regards the flexibility and the freedom to do this job everywhere in the UK when and as you like, there’s nothing at the same level
