I’ve been using this App for a good while now since MyTaxi now turned FREE NOW and I’ve never had any major problems. Only problem I have encountered then and now would be the GPS which seems to be inaccurate sometimes, but that’s easily resolved with entering in the details of the location for pick up/drop off manually. Other than that, great taxi app!
The app is good.however,when i pre booked a taxi for a specific date,the taxi didn’t show up… Luckly, i called other taxi that showed up in 10min, and took me where I needed quickly enough. so, i wonder if app has a feature that doesn’t work,why it have it?are you playing with your customers?
Great App and very usfull
Great app. The only thing preventing me giving it 5 stars is that, if I want to change the pickup time, I have to cancel the entire trip and then rebook it. I would like to simply change the pre-booked pick up time without having to cancel the booking
