TheocBase – Use as a companion with the desktop version

  This software is intended to use as a companion with the desktop version of the software (Theocbase), which can be downloaded from www.theocbase.net.

TheocBase Mobile is useful for those maintaining LMM schedules in Jehovahs Witnesses congregations. To use Theocbase Mobile you need to install and configure TheocBase on your desktop computer. You can then connect the app to your Dropbox account and synchronize data between desktop and mobile application. You can establish the Dropbox link from the desktop software. Synchronizing works both ways so you can edit schedule and assignment details in the mobile version and pass information to desktop version via Dropbox account.

Current version is with basic functions. More useful functions will be released in the future versions. Any suggestions are welcome and should be transmitted using theocbase forum at www.theocbase.net.

Huawei P20. The app doesn’t refresh and get updates anymore after the newest update. Windows 10 version works fine, but android don’t.

Great weekly scheduling app

Great app. There is a problem for Canadian users though in both English and French. Screen comes up blank. But language in both cases should be identical to US/English or FR/French with only the date format changed. It shouldn’t take much to fix this.

No links work on website. No instructions on how to import. Cannot get it to work…

Great app. As of June 26 2017, the Android app does not sync with the iMac desktop version (currently 2017.6.0) There is a version conflict. There is no updated mobile app for Android (currently 2017.02.1) but there was an updated version for Mac devices (currently 2017.06..0) – hence there is no version conflict on my iPad app when I sync. Hope this gets fixed. Thanks guys!!

One of the best apps I’ve got! So helpful for using in the midweek meeting, and the way it works together with the windows programme is fantastic. I recommend it 100%, it saves so much time and is so easy to change what’s happening.

Great tool for busy schedule I love being able to import epubs and then just enter speakers in my phone when they are assigned. This app has saved me so much time already. I’m encountering a bug since the update tho where it isn’t storing the speakers. It saves the chairman and opening, closing prayers but all the others are not stored after navigating away from the page and back again.

Compatible W/Android 6 Fix On the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 ,it wouldnt open/had errors on trying to open it but it works on Samsung Galaxy Note Tablet.Found the problem ..in application manager on the phone, have to turn on storage permissions for TheocBase.

Mid week meeting scheduling application. It works great, particularly while sharing data with the different meeting chairmen throughout the month.

Nearly matches the ability of the desktop application. You can view counsel points, edit them, change speakers and time parts. I have it on my phone with jwlibrary on my tablet during the meeting.

Love it, the overall changes with the desktop app since the new year are impressive. Still seeing bugs here and there (like when taking notes, if you don’t put a period and press enter, the last word will disappear), but still highly functional. Being able to see and make changes on weekend meetings would be a nice feature like already mentioned.

Seriously made my life easier! We share it in our body and it made things a lot more fluid. Hoping the update is coming soon.

I never comment on apps but you all got it right. This plus the desktop program are just what I needed. Thanks so much.

The desktop app lets you schedule Sunday meetings too, but this app does not show any of that information, let alone let you modify it. It’s great for school overseer…Can’t say the same for the talk overseer. I think it would be such an easy fix too. Simply show Sunday info as well.
