I don’t know who decided to strip down this app the way they did but it’s basically not useful for a business owner. Everything that you see is an ad. Check the tiny writing in the bottom right corner of every single product card I actually had to wade through 20 (TWENTY) ads before coming across a legitimate product. You can no longer sort by rating or supplier verification. Can no longer conduct accurate market research on the go. Sad really. This app wasn’t supposed to be Amazon.

Poor, I started a photo business and thought I could buy stuff directly from their sight, like Amazon. This is not the case. There is no easy and secure way to pay for your products. Everyone I talked to wanted money orders mailed. My only payment options are PayPal or Credit cards. Fix this major issues and Alibaba would be an excellent global marketplace for buying products wholesale or in bulk.

I’ve ordered in the past and had excellent results. The manufacturer in China was helpful and the transaction went smooth! In short: A very positive experience!!!

There is a problem every time I open the app, it opens AliExpress. So I have to close AliExpress and then I can use it for about a minute and then the next thing you know it’s launching AliExpress again. I don’t know why the apps are connected like that but they need to figure out a way to make it where if you’re in Alibaba it does not launch AliExpress

This is a very nice app but it has a very big size. When you install it, the phone starts saying “Your phone is almost full”. This is why I prefer to use the online site because they work almost the same way. Another problem associated with this app is that it consumes a lot of data even if you do not download. You have to think about this problem and search for a solution.

So far great app just wish it was easier to buy from the seller’s instead of having to contact them and then wait for a response. Also would you nice if they would have the actual price n quantity instead of how they do it, (like the container home inmeters ect.) Seems like it a lot of hoops a person has to jump through to be able to buy from. Otherwise I love how easy it is to navigate.

Excellent app. Always very responsive, no freezes, no crashes. It took me sometime to fully understand the navigation. The more I understood the app, the more I began to appreciate it. One of the things I like most is the ease of navigating to your contacts mini site from the chat channel. It helps to quickly keep you abreast with all your contacts. Kudos to the developers.

Hope you can indicate in the app when the product was posted and a way for customers (buyers) to talk to each other to avoid scams. There is just too much risk for a scam or a bait-and-switch tactic. I am a first time buyer and I really can’t tell who is trustworthy, even if a “verified supplier” is being mentioned. There are new scam techniques out there.
