Bitwarden – Safest way to store all of your logins and passwords

[Game] Bitwarden Password Manager

Bitwarden  Bitwarden is the easiest and safest way to store all of your logins and passwords while conveniently keeping them synced between all of your devices.

Password theft is a serious problem. The websites and apps that you use are under attack every day. Security breaches occur and your passwords are stolen. When you reuse the same passwords across apps and websites hackers can easily access your email, bank, and other important accounts.

Security experts recommend that you use a different, randomly generated password for every account that you create. But how do you manage all those passwords? Bitwarden makes it easy for you to create, store, and access your passwords.

Bitwarden stores all of your logins in an encrypted vault that syncs across all of your devices. Since it’s fully encrypted before it ever leaves your device, only you have access to your data. Not even the team at Bitwarden can read your data, even if we wanted to. Your data is sealed with AES-256 bit encryption, salted hashing, and PBKDF2 SHA-256.

Bitwarden is 100% open source software. The source code for Bitwarden is hosted on GitHub and everyone is free to review, audit, and contribute to the Bitwarden codebase.

Bitwarden user reviews :

Bitwarden is amazing. Top notch functionality. The design is kinda dated but that’s besides the point.

I’m in love with the service. I already wrote a reddit post showing my gratitude as Bitwarden is a simple, functional, secure, and overall, a greatly built password management solution. As for the app, it just works. I’ve never had any problem and all sections are easy to navigate. Really recommend it.

I love Bitwarden, I cannot live without it and i’m glad its open source But when you switch from Google autofill, its not the same ease at all to autofill passwords. Since I switched I’m experiencing every now and then difficulties with autofill (for example when “automatic lock” is on, but not only: autofill pop up appears but if I click somewhere else dont reappear unless I reload the page) . I hope the devs will put a emphasis on those autofill issues for a flawless android experience. Thx

This is only true free password manager with lastpass like features. Only password sharing feture is lagging. But i do not have any idea wheather its security has reviewed by any independent group like Keepass code has been reviewed by Europian union. I am just using it for non finacial work only.

  • Hi. Bitwarden is audited by a third party security firm. You can read more about that here: help.bitwarden.com/article/is-bitwarden-audited/

We need Dark Mode for the app to match Android 9 system Night mode. It is annoying to delete an item because there is no delete button anywhere. Make a delete option under the 3 dots icon for each item when we tap on. This will give us a quick way to remove certain items we don’t need anymore. Thanks

I’ve just downloaded the app on my desktop computer running Ubuntu 16 OS and it works like a charm! I have also downloaded it to my android device haven’t tried yet but will. Thanks 8bit solutions team!

Best password manager, hands down. They say, password manager can’t be FOSS. Bitwarden says hold my beer. If you can buy the premium features but if you can’t that is ok. Ain’t that beautiful?

I feel secure and I don’t have to remember my passwords anymore. Importing from the Chrome browser was a breeze using the desktop app. A feature I would like to have is easier folder management (hold down on data sets to mark and then move all at once).

I moved over to Bitwarden from another well known password manager. Best thing I did. I use it on Chrome, Firefox and Android. I haven’t had one problem since I started using it months ago.

Wow, it’s a great surprise. lightweight, fast. much better option than lastpass..

I use the FREE version for more than a year and it is as goog if not better then the other major apps.

Amazingly easy to use and to host yourself! Free edition works great but c’mon give these developers 10 bucks for the premium version if you can – they deserve it.

I never thought I would find a password manager that I liked more than Keepass. I have, and this is it.

once you get use to having it it makes life easier and less worrysome.

Best password manager I have found. Good value with great features and not too complicated to use

Love it. Much better than the others. Can you add the option to add the entries to folders in the app itself?

Running the Rust server at home and really loving the app.

Safe, free, runs on every device and platform you need.
