Stuck at level 3. There’s a glitch where I can’t drag the remote to the lanterns leaving the level unbeatable. Very frustrating.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you in this game. Kindly mention the exact level where you are facing the issues because there is remote and lanterns gameplay so share some screenshot of the issues so that it will be easier to sort out your issue

The game started freezing up after completing level 34 or 35. I have completed level 41 three times. Each time it says to pick up the address book & then open it. After I open it, look at the address, the game goes back to the level & still says pick up the address book, but it won’t do anything else. it’s a bit frustrating. I’ll be uninstalling.

I love this game and mostly all of your games. But I need help!!! I finished level 43, got the book and the person popped up and said the ending line but it then just stays on that page. it doesn’t say continue or anything. the book remains in the object area and won’t open if clicked on. I even restarted the game and played it again and it did the same thing. it’s 20 stars to skip and that’s all the stars I have. I emailed you but no response. please help me

Thanks for contacting HFG support and sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Don’t consider the geometric figures’ shape just tap the clours as per the lights which are present in that, that is pink, blue, yellow, red then it will open.

UPDATE: You were wrong about my wifi connection it is strong and working well! BUT… I did shut down my phone and power it back on for an update. I am now on level 11 on the 1st scenerio and I am having fun! You have to really think outside the box with rooms and I love the challenge! Plenty of opps to get clue stars even w/out spending real $.
