It’s really good for keeping track of homework, programs, and any other thing with tasks. I would really like if we can add docs to folders so I could also take notes for my classes without having to switch apps because I want my notes in folders. Edit: they added the docs so even more perfect now. But I still wish there were notes you could sort of write on that would turn your digital writing to text. This way I can actually use it for math class.

Email reminders are intrusive and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn them off (via app or mobile Web). Changing lists etc isn’t intuitive, and can’t seem to change the workspace name. Couldn’t find a way to sync with my other apps after I had dismissed the initial pop up. Other productivity apps are so much more user friendly and intuitive.

Overall this works great for our organization. However the pdf’s we attach to our various projects are not viewable by our installers in the field. Whenever anyone taps a PDF to open it in the Android app, all we get is a white screen. It doesn’t matter whether the cash is cleared, we’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, we’ve waited several minutes and no matter what PDF files are not viewable nor can they be downloaded to the device (link is absent, “download” appears to be just text).

The idea is good, the implementation not that much. There are synchronization issues. No offline apps. And I wonder why such a simple feature as a reminder for a task would be missing on an app which claims to be a one-stop productivity solution!! Hope you work on these improvements, without them it’s not that much productive.

Good and flexible tool but very slow and cumbersome. Also does not provide offline access. This makes it unsuitable for these quick ‘let me write that down’ moments and personal use.

Good app but can be better. It lacks the reliability that one would expect from a productivity platform. I don’t want to have to check every time I do something in the app that it has actually done it (synchronisation issues). If I make a mistake when setting statuses properties, sometimes it tells me only after I try and save my changes. It reports something is invalid and I have to start all over again. Very frustrating. I hope the app will lean closer to “powerful” rather than “simplistic”.
