Originally this was a really, really good app and I gave it 5 stars but after the update the photos get very blurry. The quality after editing is not useable for anything, even with just one filter. I also tried high resolution photos of celebrities, same result. I’ve seen others having the same problem. Please change it like it was before. Edit: They solved everything and also added new beautiful filter. Still happy I bought this for lifetime. Great job, thank you!

Poor image quality when saving and not enough beards and stubbles to use on edits. All of these updates and you FAIL to provide new content?! Customer support for the app is a joke. Honestly, why I’m still using it is beyond me.

new update and looks like its fixed perminatly (right now). huh within 24 hour response that isnt being not customer friendly service, thats super service. maybe someone should make a FAQ that is available to everyone with all the current details of the app so people can read it. new idea sugestion: would it be a stretch to add more colors like metallic or other colors as hair color filters? id love to see silver as one.

I have an LG K20 PLUS and while I was using faceapp I decided to try out the lens blur feature I didn’t see anything happening so I set the slider to max and my phone went black. I couldnt use my phone for an entire day I was researching what options I have to turn my phone back on I eventually took out the battery and it worked! I went back into faceapp and did the same thing to see if it was the app that caused the problem and the exact same thing happened.

it’s very cool I pranked my sis and BFFs that I dyed my hair red they all fell for it and now they have the app ps. if you don’t want to wast money use section fun
