At first i thought this game is going to be AWESOME! cause im reading all their reviews but when i press the button “Play” It just KICKED me out! I played it again and it kicked me out 2nd time!, please fix this

I have downloaded mostly half of your games, They are so educational and so fun to play. I liked the way you can skip the ads that pops out. I love the characters involved in this game. I rate this a two because it kept kicking me out after I pressed play!! No fun I don’t recommend this at all. It takes up space on my device. I tried it on different devices but it doesn’t want to work. If you don’t have these problems then you should play it. But I won’t play it ant further because of these problems.
