I came here to read only one novel. But I ended up reading quite a few. There are some good novels but all are of Love genre. Also terrible terrible grammar which makes it difficult to understand the context sometimes. The cost for reading an entire book is very very high & unreasonable. I love reading but it’s not possible for me to spend so much money on just one book. I’d rather buy a hard copy at less than half the price, honestly. Also after the last update, it shows wrong reading time…

• Yes, we checked the issue, it does exist, and we will fix the bug in the next release. You can solve this problem by changing the reading mode. On the reading page of the novel, click the middle of the screen, then some functions will appear at the bottom, click “Settings” – “Scroll”. In this mode, the reading timer is normal.

This is my 1st time trying the app. Story looks interesting. But as I read along, the chapters get shorter like 2 to 3 paragraphs and the coins needed get more and more. I just used up 300 coins and I am only at 4% of the book, imagine how much I need to spend to finish the whole book. It costs so much more than paperback and totally not worth it. Disappointing.

The stories are nice however you can only read a few chapter before they ask you to get points. The free points are very limited and when I paid for the additional points, it was finished in a short time (only read 20% of the story with that payment). Such a rip off! In order to finish 1 story you will have to spend quite a great amount of money. Also, the grammar is terrible.

The stories aren’t bad but the price for each book is pretty steep. You could buy a paperback novel for the kind of money you spend to finish one of their webnovels. Also they have a rewards scheme that’s tagged to time you spent reading. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the app doesn’t track time spent reading accurately so the rewards scheme doesn’t work either.

The story I browsed so far has perfect grammar and author has good command of the language, so the narrative could easily be understood. The story’s plot is interesting and different from what I browsed from other novel sites. Early on, I could visualize the appearance of the main characters through descriptive words used by the writer, which made up for a satisfying reading experience.

Thumbs up to the customer service team. Very polite and efficient. I purchased coins on the app, my account was debited, but I wasn’t credited with the coins on the app; the Customer Service representative attended to me almost immediately and rectified the problem. The only problem I have with the app is the numerous grammatical errors in the books. For the amount of cash we spend on the app, they should hire a good editing team to make our reading experience beautiful.
