I originally bought a CD rom for home but now with smartphones and the lack of a CD drive in my newer computers I felt a subscription would be more useful. The content is the same but in a much easier to access format here. I love being able to study at work or on the go.

update after a 3 months of use: This is the best app I’ve ever come across for learning a different language. It’s immersive and intuitive and I will most certainly be continuing with my subscription. I’ve found one teeny flaw – and that is you need total silence for verbal exercise, if theres a siren in the distance or even if you have your TV on low, it struggles to differentiate. That’s just nitpicking though. 10/10

this app is very helpful and really understandable; it’s really easy to learn with this app :)

Great app worth a try definitely effective

Rosetta stone is normally around 400 dollars and is free for a good length on your phone. I have the version on the computer and they are the same. Def a good app i will continue to see how far the free part goes before i link it to my computer.
