Now you can run almost every server you can think of. For example a web server, database server or storage server!

Start a server easily on the ‘Simple’ tab or go advanced and add users, allowed IP’s and more! Multiple servers can be run at the same time! No root needed (exceptions below).

Trial
This app will work for 7 days after which you will need to buy the paid version. You can only add two servers in this version. Unfortunately we need to do this to support development.

This is an exceptionally good app, but there is a serious crippling problem with the add-on packs. Some add-on packs are only on Google Play, and others are only available from the Amazon App Store. To fully utilize all the add-on packs you need both Google Play and the Amazon App Store installed on your device. It’s too bad. This could have been a good all-in-one server solution. EDIT: Looks like they fixed it. Thank you. Fix it on the Google Play Store, too. Great job!

SMB “Native” Server, which uses SMB1 & NetBIOS, works fine with Windows. However, these protocols are insecure, obsolete and disabled by default in current versions of Windows. SMB Server, which I assume is using protocol 2 or 3 does not appear to work with Windows. The documentation is a joke and says that “it’s hard” to set up. The documentation suggests uninstalling a service pack, editing registry keys and altering security group policies on all of your Windows machines on your network. Doesn’t even mention what version(s) of Windows this applies to. Nor does it say what SMB protocol this uses. This is an absolute cluster-. Ice Cold Apps needs to get with the times and make their software compatible with current operating systems.
