Whether you choose a character and turn them into a creation you’ve dreamed up, or just see where the tools take you, it will be an adventure. Get creative with makeup, face paint, hair and beard tools, and much more!

Toca Hair Salon 4 is free to download, and comes with the full hair and beard, style, photo booth and shampoo stations. The in-app shop offers the face station and lots of content packs featuring clothes, accessories, and stickers available for purchase.

HAIR AND BEARD STATION
Cut, trim, shave, and even re-grow hair anywhere on the head! This station has hot tools for curling, straightening, and texturizing; and colorful bottles to dye hair any color of the rainbow. How will they react to your creation?

FACE STATION
Expand your salon by purchasing the face station! You’ll find all kinds of makeup in every color. Create lush lashes with mascara, and pick a tool to put on eyeliner, eyeshadow or blush! Use the face paints to boldly draw right onto your character’s face. What will you design?

STYLE STATION
Try on 100s of styles to suit that new look! Change up the outfit, pick out some stickers, and embellish your character with accessories like glasses and hats.

PHOTO BOOTH
Choose a background, watch them strike a pose and snap a picture! You can even save a picture of your character in a photo book and return to styling them later.

SHAMPOO STATION
Give your character a shampoo, towel off, and blow dry. Watch their face paint and makeup drip away!

I have always loved Toca Boca’s games, but this one, despite being free, misses a lot of features that can only be purchased. I recommend you buy ‘Toca Hair Salon 3’ instead of buying packs in this app. Quite plain for being an improved version of the third game…

Very good! Offline and creative. It isn’t have (game) money. I don’t like that you have to pay (real) money to makeup your person.

Cool characters, but I’d rather pay for Hair Salon 3 since it still has more to choose from. All you’re really getting from this is an upgrade in quality and extra limited stuff to choose from, I miss when the characters were randomized and had more than just 2 songs to choose from. Also please make the hair easier to control, all I get is it wanting to go upward when I want to go downward.

Great game! Microtransactions are pretty cheap, do wish I could watch an ad to unlock stuff for a whole! The only problem I have with this app is that after the first makeover I did, when I went to do another, the game wouldn’t let me scroll to change the character’s clothes or accessories and I would get stuck on the locked makeup page. It wouldn’t let me go back to the hair salon part either. Please fix this bug!!

I really love the app! What I like is the charater designs, music, and the voices on how the charater(s) react!! And it never lags and the quality is perfect!! But what makes me rate it 3 stars is that it could be hard sometimes to control and I wish there would be more charaters, or that you could make your own! And if the face paint stuff was for free I might rate this a 5 stars, its a really short game too. But it is really creative!

I really enjoy this game and I have had a really great experience with it. I understand why some features cost money because the app doesn’t earn anything from and revenue, which is really great because it gets so annoying when ads keep popping up. I think that even thought some features are stuck behind a paywall, the app is overall still quite fun and interesting as long as you have creativity. great job toca boca!

Really fun game! I highly recommend you download this is you want to keep yourself busy, or if you’re just bored. You can wash the person’s hair, dye it, perm it, braid it, and many other things too. You can also take pictures after and add them as favorites if you want. But keep in mind that if you wanna add makeup or other accessories, you have to buy it. Which to me is pretty ridiculous, that’s why I give it four stars. But other than that, it’s really fun. I definitely enjoyed it.
