This game is amazing in the amount of detail and quality of controls. I am not interested in memorizing every category, so the game let’s me pick and choose in the options menu which categories to include. It’s easy to narrow the game to a specific category and content to focus on learning–or play all unlocked for highest scoring. I also love that there is a training mode for reviewing missed answers.
I’ve updated my review as I seem to have lost the “Bonus” option under “Quests”. It’s still available on one of my devices but not my mobile (main device for playing). Why has it disappeared? You need the bonuses to help move through the levels- they take way too long to complete. Otherwise the game is very educational and fun.
I haven’t played very long, but this is an excellent game – very in depth and up-to-date! The only thing I would change (so far) is, when given the opportunity to choose a flag, as a bonus or at the end of a game, it would be better to show the flag again, larger, instead of just the name of the associated place. It’s often difficult to see the details of the flags when they are so small.
Very quick to load and play. Somewhat intuitive. I haven’t discovered how the reward system works fully. Great to improve your geographical knowledge. As an ex-geography teacher it’s plugging the gaps. Judging by the responses of most competitors on TV quiz programmes they could do with using it. Love it!!
really like learning about Geography and this game is great for a beginner such as myself. Thank You for making this game available for free. I don’t even mind the ads as they’re non-intrusive. . though that may be to the way I set up what ads are okay in Google. I find that since I did that, I’m not getting unwanted or offensive ads as there had been.
This game is a great learning tool! I’ve already improved my geography heaps. There are a couple of things that could be added to make it a 5 out of 5 for me. It would be great if you could see how many hints you have left while you’re “in-game” and a sound button to teach you the pronunciation of the cities etc would be amazing! All in all a great app!
One of the best designed games I’ve played. Demands you come back for more and more with addictive rewards and challenges. So in depth and you can tailor the settings to concentrate on the areas of the world and the areas of knowledge you’re interested in. 2 months in and I can honestly say I can place every country, capital and flag in the world!
