In principle, a simple, intuitive tool for creating lists of various types in the same way as the Wunderlist it tries to replace. In practice, less elegant and plagued by what look like server issues. I often have the issue where I put in a task only to find it won’t sync… and has disappeared next time I try and open the app. These days, so unreliable that I’m seriously considering finding another app. Will not be renewing my paid subscription.

This app is so close to what I want it to be as someone moving on from Wunderlist. My primary issue with the app is that I need it most as a widget but when I want to switch lists, add an item or click one to complete it it then opens the app and it’s a whole thing. I just want it to be a fast process and in the widget the way Wunderlist was.

Awesome. I had wunderlist and it no longer updates. I did not like MS version they offered. I was so glad i read an article about zenlist! 2/18/22. ALL of my files are gone! No updates needed. This is not good!

wish you could complete tasks from notifications. the “base” has a kanban but to do list doesn’t. like that its on linux, easy to use. After using for a bit: app is slow. Add task screen limited in scope though editing allows for much more information. Why nit have add screen and edit screen be the same if I want?

Like thousands of others, I have been looking for a replacement for Wunderlist, still a five star app. I have lots and lots of lists and sublists but I don’t need calendaring, collaboration, or reminders. I also switch between an iPad and an Android phone. I just installed Zenkit To Do on both devices, used automatic import, and off we go! Zenkit has many more features than I need from it, but I am just relieved and delighted to have made the switch.

Nice to do list. One thing that I think would make an awesome feature would be revolving permant tasks. Like recurring tasks. When you check a task off, instead of it moving into a checked and line-through status, it just simply moves to the bottom of the list waiting for it’s turn to be done when it comes back around to the top.
