At first I was really stoked because it has a sleek interface and free recipes. I tried tracking with this app for a day and found it to be really annoying that whenever adding recipes it doesn’t allow you to change your unit of measure, i.e. only cup is available and I only need tsp. Also the fact that grams and ounces are the only options when adding foods to your journal. Plus with CarbManager I can use it online, especially helpful when creating recipes due to lots of typing.

Love, love, love this app! Keeps me on track. It’s completely free. Has everything, meal suggestions, macro tracking, food journal with specific food brands, recipes galore. Great support! What’s not to love?

Wonderful app but frustratingly slow I have used this app for about a month. Pros: 1. Virtually any food can be entered using its barcode. 2. Saving combinations of foods as a meal is such a time-saver. 3. Entering your own foods and recipes makes it easier to accurately track what you eat. 4. Getting advice on your food journal & macros is terrific for a beginner who needs guidance. Cons: 1. The app freezes up while entering “My Recipe” ingredients. 2. Journal entry is SLOW!

this app has been absolutely fantastic for tracking when starting to do keto. recently I’ve started to use the fasting portion as well. few days into that I’m in joining it as well.

This is hands down the best keto app there is. It has recipies you can use and share. Helps with keeping up on all proper portiins. Love it.

This app is very user friendly and great when you have to keep track of your carbs on a daily basis. I have recommended this app to my friends and If you looking for a good keto app to help you with your diet, I recommend you try this app. Once you get hang of how to track your daily food intake you gonna want to keep at it. I haven’t tried others but I like the flow of this app. There meal macro tracking is great. You can obtain macros from your friends if you ate the same foods and proportions or adjust those proportions. The only downside is when looking for foods from the search engine list, you can’t see what’s in them before you select it. Everyone adds their own spin to recipes.

Overall. it is a great app and easy to use. The layout and design is pleasing to look at as well. I’ve had a few issues when scanning items (the app will freeze) but if I close it down and re-open it then it will work. The add picture option doesn’t work well either. Neither of these issues make me want to stop using Senza. I do wish there was a way to copy a full meal to another day and time instead of just moving it.
