A very good and simple app. Works as described, it requires admin privileges, but this is expected. All you have to do is tap block and your good to go. It prevents all apps the permissions to access your camera, take pictures, and upload them online. You know it’s working as intended when you try to access your camera and you get an error or retry screen. You can easily enable or disable it by tapping “unblock” or “block”. Simple is best.
My problem with this app is it won’t deactivate. I followed the instructions to delete but i missed the I missed the magic formula (?!!) I had accidentally touched the notification button so the camera was unblocked for 10 minutes. There isn’t a dashboard to view apps trying to access the cameras, that’s a problem for me. So, I can’t comment on the effectiveness.
This app is super easy and I love to be able to block people from seeing through my camera just with one touch! When I want to take a photo or do a live video? It’s very easy I just press the unblock button. I just found also the microphone blocker which is also a great option (especially since I’ve been hacked). My hackers better be ready! They’re on their tail, almost done! We have their names, & location, they will be prosecuted and the proof keeps gathering!
Excellent app. I can turn it off at will but have it on the rest of the time. I installed it because my android phone was hacked. They, real humans, were watching, messing with emails, and nearly wrecked me. I had to install a microphone-blocking app, too, because of them. And run a malware, virus, etc. scan. Thank you for your app.
Get the pro version when able. For starters the free version is awesome. The only one I’ve seen so far that tells you exactly how many other apps are trying to access your camera at any given moment. Eye-opening information. One click to turn it on or off for easy use of the camera

Camera is active then gets blocked a few seconds later. So app isn’t 100% effective. One star off for that.

you’ve fixed most those annoying issues. Why does the back button unblock the camera? I think it should do nothing and just close the dialog box. For some reason the app warns about the camera even when it’s disabled in that specific app. I even get warnings on home screen.
- Hi Eli, Good point! So, you suggest the back button should: a) Close the dialog and return to the home screen b) Do nothing (to prevent misclick) c) Unblock the camera.
