Griblers – Make a perilous journey to revive Hardwood

[Game] Griblers

Griblers  Three heroes are trying to survive in a mobile offline RPG game

Griblers make a perilous journey to revive Hardwood, the capital of their homeland. Upgrade your heroes in turn-based strategy battles, craft items, potions and weapons, build a city and survive in a fantasy world.

Who are the griblers?
Griblers are not orcs or goblins, as it might seem at first glance, but mushroom trolls – the original inhabitants of dense forests, with their own culture and history. A fascinating plot will take you through the adventures of heroes who have to survive in a cruel roguelike world, using might and magic.

Turn-based strategy elements
In addition to quests and adventures, the role play game has elements of turn-based strategy. You will not have to mindlessly click on the “attack” button in a heap of monotonous locations, but think over the step-by-step tactics of the battles. Each hero has its own characteristics, and in order to win, you will have to think carefully about the actions in advance.

Role play game with NO mandatory in app purchase
If you love tactical roguelike with strategy elements, then Griblers is what you need. Heroes will fall many times in tactical battles, but the power of the tree resurrects them over and over again. To survive, you will have to study the craft book and create unique items to help your heroes win the forces of evil, and not pay for boosts with a credit card.

So are you ready for the offline RPG adventure?

“Spring comes in The Everwoods, and three brothers – Croxy, Squashy, and Rusty – decide to go back to their ancient homeland …”

Griblers user reviews :

Great fun! Splash out a wapping £1.60 to get that little bit of an advantage – it’s really worth it. I think its a well thought out game that lets you work out some of the gameplay yourself. Some of the 1* reviews are hilarious. Well done for being restrained guys. Going to replay it on difficult now.

I like it. It is fun to play. I see strategy, well-balanc in the game. 100% free although epic items. So I’ll advice U need to work for game development(another story), some ads to get items for players. it is win-win. U need to add some ads for rare items. This a good game.I like it. I appericiate U, Mr.game developer.

  • Thanks for your feedback and advice) We are working on the second part of the game. But we already had ads in the game and, unfortunately, it only spoiled the game – it interfered with the immersion in the atmosphere and the world of Griblers. In addition, with ads, the game will no longer be available offline.
Absolutely amazing. I got stick on the bookworm part for a long time and couldn’t find anything about it online but it’s super fun. Edit: in response to the dev response, I did eventually figure it out. I kept drinking the potion immediately. :)

Finished the campaign, it’s great because it has a perfect balance between difficulty and simplicity, the story is good. I recommend this game and I think it’s underrated. Great Job Devs! Edit:I have a question, will there be a part two to this? if there is, I’m totally gonna play it. And I’ve also read the bad reviews and I don’t reccomend anyone even waste their time looking at them, it’s about strategy, it’s not call of duty where there is just nothing but action. &willthere be a multiplayer?

  • Thanks for the kind words and the recommendation! We’re glad you appreciate us so much! The development of part 2 of Gribblers is progressing very slowly, but maybe it will come out someday) Unfortunately, multiplayer has not yet been planned
Brilliant game. Totally free, no ads. No chat so great for kids. Turn based, map well sized for the game, incremental challenges work well. I’d recommend for anybody to download, it’s not a big download and it’s hard to find anything bad to say about it.

No overly complicated controls to learn. Fun game that will take awhile to complete. Hope they keep the same set up for part 2. Hope there is a part 2. Update – I’m still playing, still looking for a part 2. This game is a perfect time-killer.
