More responsive than the website but login fails and the app keeps crashing on Pixel 7. It’s a shame that a name like Louis Vuitton cannot afford decent developers and a more thorough app testing process. Websites and phone apps have become the new face for the company with the younger crowd. It’s not the brick and mortar. Real shame.
Great when it works…which isn’t very often. I think I’ve managed one successful purchase without any issues! Frustrating!
I have a problem with signing in. The page dedicated to log in stays still after entering my credentials. Because of that I can’t do anything without authorisation. Android 12 kernel 4.14 Samsung Galaxy A22 5g
App keep crashing.. I used to be able to log in to my account without any issues but with the new update, can’t even log in and whenever I click on a particular product to see in details, the error message “service is not available”
I hate it. Always shows items sold out. There is never a smooth checkout. I have to call for almost everything. How about only showing available items, Tease?
Really slow lately. Can’t add anything to my wishlist and always buffers when I try to view my shopping basket.
The app overall is good for its look and functionality. There is a glitch with recognizing my main wish list. I have to go to MyLV then go to “Shop” find the item again and then it recognizes the wishlist. It would also be great if there was an option for app feedback/issues/suggestions so then the developer would know faster.
very useful app when shopping at LV. I find it most useful when used in store with the sales associate. a good feature to have would be ability to see if an item is available at a particular local location so I would not need to go to that store location only to find out the item is not available and then be redirected to another location that has the item in stock.
I got my purse from here and I love it love love it that’s all I can say is you will find the best prices on here . And install purse they have or anything you looking for they have thank you stay safe God bless
The app is good but the products are over-priced. I won’t dare to give it 2 stars because there’s always a problem (409 error, pls, try again) trying to submit registration details. Products like this is what competitors make second version (counterfeit/imitation) about and sell at cheaper rate. I think Louis Vuitton should try & beat down the price in order to get more patrons else I’m waiting for top magazines to list him as the world’s most richest man…
I used to go to the LV store all the time then covid hit and I didnt really know who to shop on the website and the app made it so much easier I can track my orders,Find things i could find in the store, and get customer service. lol jk but it’s really help ful if ur a regular customer
Nice app! My only feedback is to work on the synchronization code between the app and online. My wishlist is never the same on both.
I like the app when it works properly. Lately when I check out, my shopping cart no longer loads up and I cannot cash out. I have to end up going to the site in order to make my purchases
Especially during the pandemic, this app has been so much help. It is so nicely built and has exactly what I am looking for, every time.
