The story of Morphite takes place in a far off future when humanity has long since populated the distant reaches of space. The player takes on the role of Myrah Kale, a young woman residing on a space station and workshop under the care of her surrogate father, Mr. Mason. What starts as a simple exploratory mission to gather supplies to support their shop rapidly turns into a journey revealing Myrah’s unknown past and her relationship to a rare, coveted, and nearly extinct material called Morphite.

In order to unlock and understand the mysteries of her past, Myrah must travel to undiscovered planets, roam uncharted sectors of space, and confront exotic creatures and locales in search of this Morphite.

Aside from the main storyline, the worlds of Morphite are randomly generated. Encounter various creature types, landscapes, caves, rivers, and more to explore. Explore large space stations, abandoned or infested with alien life.

Morphite user reviews :

I’m actually blown away. First of all, I can’t play in retro, I’ve been playing consoles since the Atari and Tandy PC’s. I’ve waited for the day for a game like no man’s sky for mobile, as I don’t have a console ATM. The only reason why I’m giving it only 4 stars is because of the lack of the graphics overhaul that appears to be years overdue. If I developed this, after seeing the amazing success of NMS recently, I would’ve put my whole life on hold to work on this game, as it’s a one of a kind.

This game very lo-fi and not fast paced. I still found it fun. You visit different worlds and animals and colllect items, and solve ways to move on in levels and tasks. Its an adventure game with so many possibilities. It definitely needs more variety and choices. It gets mundane. But its ok for a slow paced relaxing game. To creators: more varity please in animals, planet types and landscape, plants, tasks. Im sure many others will love it

Looks interesting. Never continued with it though. Right off the bat, I didn’t like that it wants permission to obtain all your contacts. Second, some if the non-game controls – like the ‘I’m to close windows or the ‘quit’ ‘continue’ etc. are really far too small (and I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9). Third, the music is so loud and the narrative voice so quiet that it cannot be heard. But good effort.

Great game with great graphics and gameplay! One major problem, though. I am playing on S8+ and the buttons seem to be optimized when you first start the game but when you start it again, the buttons are chopped off and it just looks terrible. I figured that when the game finally released that would get fixed since the S8 has been out FOR OVER HALF A YEAR. Anyways, maybe add a button remapper or add support for S8.

An excellent game but crashes very oftenly. Game closes when opening inventory, fighting enemies, landing in space station, and exploring planets. The game also closes when I shoot mission crates and accepting certain missions such as the robotic arm wrestling one. Galaxy S6.

Really good game so far. Haven’t had any bugs or problems yet. The advanced graphics did lag a little on my lg g5 but other than that it ran smoothly.
