I was looking for an app to practice Pranayama exercises I learned years ago in Yoga. This app came the closest to what I wanted. I like you can focus on 3 programs and get reminders. I like the visuals for where I am in the breath. I just wish it offered some exercises I know – lions breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, etc. I could probably set a custom, but those would be a nice addition.

Use it every night before bed. It really helps me unwind and clear my head before going to sleep. It’s also a really pretty app, and well organized. I truly love it. I haven’t gotten a premium version yet, but I’m thinking about it since I use it so much. I also noticed my lung capacity increased, and I’m beyond happy about that.

LOVE this app , after first use I ran to get the premium ( 4 life one time purchase $16.99+ tax ) I did 3 sessions the first two were like 5 minutes each and the third one (called pleasure I believe ) completely unblocked or opened up for now anyway my left blocked from birth it seems nostril !!!! Worth every penny. How much is quality of life and your health worth?!!!! Thanks to the makers!!!
