I really enjoy this app, and have done the 20-minute workout for years. However, as much as I appreciate the correct grammar of the new version, we really need to hear when to release the pose to give us time to set up for the next one without having to look at our screen.. I like this app. The free version is a great intro for people that have never done yoga or that are trying to get back into the practice. The free version gives you 3 full classes, which is pretty fantastic and you can use it indefinitely (unlike other apps that have a cap on how long you can use the free version). The videos and explanations are clear and the voice of the instructor is very pleasant.

Simple basic routine was ideal for me to improve mobility and stretching after having bad back. Not really a yoga person but 20 mins was just enough to make a difference without getting bored. Advice on how/where to breathe was helpful to get most benefit out of stretches. A little off-putting seeing someone bent double when I can barely touch my toes!

Just perfect for my needs. I am over 60 and have practiced yoga on and off for about 10 years and I find this app the perfect practice for my level of fitness and needs. However I purchased the full app (premium) several years ago on an apple device and now I have an android (samsung) and don’t know how to get the full app on this device. But am still very happy with the free version.

This app is easy to use and has great instructions for the poses. The only reason I took off a star is because the free version ends the practice with a noisy ad, which really interrupts the middle of your corpse pose and mind clearing.

For a free ap, it is a brilliant one. Easy to understand guided yoga practice complete with a video for each position to watch as well. Have used this ap for a couple of years and will continue to do so!

Using the free version. Very happy so far. Two easy to follow practices with good visual and verbal instruction. Adverts are not too intrusive but I’m considering the paid version to increase variety.

this is exactly what I was looking for. Free, first of all. But more importantly, concise and no messing around. Tells you the benefit of each pose, as well. Nice touch. Grateful. Namaste.

Outstanding Mobile app for fitness. I have suggested this app to so many. If there’s a search option for perticular body part such as belly fat, poses for back pain etc it could have been much more better. If possible try to include.

The app is good it is just that it does not tell you the poses. It just tells you what to do. And it is better to hear the poses because you can get used to it and more. The only time the narrotor tellse you the pose of something is when you are doing the sun salutation part. One more thing is that the lady doing the yoga tells you to do something, but totally does something else. Like she will say close your eyes and rock. But after a few weeks there was a update and it fixed everything. Byee!!

The free version seems very basic but I like it for this reason as I am a beginner and prefer to start things softly. It is really helping me, great stretching .

really great if you’ve already done yoga. if a first timer, doesn’t discuss breath control much or to be mindful of your body. I also wish it would give additional options for poses if unable to perform the pose given
