Sliding Seas user reviews :

So, it’s pretty cute, but they always run out of Levels; always have to “wait for more levels” for weeks or months, and have to play the boring “Tourist” levels that don’t want you to win. The special events are also disappointing; it’s a lot of work, and you never get the good prizes. More customisation of your Island would be fun; the shape of the land, and location of Buildings, so you could build a cohesive little world.

Used to be a great game to pass time. There are easy puzzles and some very challenging ones, which I enjoyed. However, the latest update causes the game to freeze up for a few seconds during game play. It’s become quite frustrating and I find myself not playing the game as much anymore. I check back often in hopes of a new update but am still left with the issue. Would be a 5 star, but for now, it’s a 3.

  • Hi Apocalypstic, thank you very much for your review! We’d love to find out more about the freezes you are experiencing. If you would like to contact us using the in-game bug report button, we will investigate! Thanks for playing!

Amazing game. Easy to get into, good art, pretty fun. Some levels are a bit of a curveball but the generosity with diamonds and winnable powerups keeps that from being a week-long problem like some games. I really, really like that ads are 1) opt-in only and 2) come in their own container that prevents automatic app store redirection.

This is a surprisingly solid game with cute graphics, fun periodic events, catchy music, and, perhaps best of all, no forced ads. (Optional ads allow for things like doubling in-game currency and obtaining extra lives; there are also plenty of ways to earn currency through gamplay) Gameplay is fun, if not occasionally repetitive. Representation in the tiny faces is a nice plus. I genuinely like this one and hope to see more from this team.

I’ve made it to over 1000 levels, so I owe it to the devs to leave a review ;) The game is a lovely time filler, very relaxing to play, not too difficult. No unskippable ads, all ads you watch are a choice. You can easily play this without watching any and get on fine. I am impressed with the new level types that get added every so often. A lot of clever and fun variations that keep it pretty fresh to play. Honestly one of the best simple mobile games I’ve enjoyed spending my time on in a while.

Fantastic simple match puzzle game. Cute concept with interesting half-mindless gameplay. At one point, I’d actually beaten the entire game but luckily they updated with more levels. Yeah, it can get frustrating, and yeah, some levels seem specifically designed to make you use power-ups or spend money. Overall it’s still surprisingly one of the most enjoyable games I’ve found- and I’ve been around since this was all jewel-encrusted, bird-covered farmland.

I downloaded this game on a whim and now I’m on level 450ish. I like that it’s super casual (most levels can be completed in 3-5 minutes). The game changes up the difficulty periodically so that it doesn’t get stale. The ads are not intrusive at all. The game incentivizes you to watch ads to get additional gems, but that’s optional.

A Free to Play match 3 game, at the time of this review it has 1000 levels. The difficulty does not accumulate as you climb the levels. You can only play an endless mode when you’ve played all the other levels. An improvement to the game that could be implemented is allowing players to unlock other endless modes while future levels are developed
