Tried to update the App but there is no update on Google Play, so this makes the app inaccessible on phone, tried uninstalling and installing with same results.

I am changing my review from 1 to 3stars. The app is still little difficult to use, but that is because it is more advanced. I still can’t withdraw funds. That is because of a sucurity breach, from what I have read, they will be covering the loss. I think this support needs to be acknowledge. There are Few things that can be approved on, hopefully it will get better. Still recommend you to do your due diligence on the platform.

I absolutely love this app until 3 days ago I was in the middle of a deposit and all of a sudden it tried to verify my ID said it would take 3 to 5 minutes. It’s curious that they didn’t do this when I first opened the account months ago. However, now that I’m in the verification process which is supposed to take 3 to 5 minutes, I’m going on day three now with no response from the company and I’m still being verified. Therefore, it has stopped me from selling buying it depositing. Unacceptable!

Good day, I’m having a problem opening the app. It says needs to update to 2.7.9 version and when I clicked it, it goes to google app but there’s no update. I tried a couple of times but it’s not working. And when I clicked “update later” I’m kicked out from the app. Please help me with this. Thank you.

App need a few things to get fixed Added Favorites get reset every time I close the app, happens all the time Some time the app won’t load properly, so I have to open , kill app then open again, this happens every time This issues have been here before the hacks, No adds for me , I don’t know what others are talking about Similar to kucoin but with a bunch of little things to fixed Please add a way to see profits and losses next to own and owned stocks, and you’ll have the best trading app

The app has been great albeit slightly glitchy from time to time which is common across all the apps. My issue with the app is that it now asks me to update it, won’t let me not update it, I click to update and then go back to the app and it asks me to update it again and I’m unable to use the app. The app is unusable in its current state.

Not the easiest app to navigate. Lots of ads and nonesense that you honestly dont need to see, but the exchange does what it needs to. I’ve never had a problem making orders, never had an issue with receving/withdrawing my crypto; so overall, not the worst but for sure not the best app to use. I will say, since ive been using it for the past year, the UI has improved a lot. Keep these updates coming.

Literally will not let me in because it says there is an update. There is no update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. Also have been having issues with coins locked up in orders, and my limit buys and sells not going off when they are supposed to, including collaring. I want to like this app. It has lots of tools and crypto, but given these issues it’s not worth it until these issues are fixed.

I honestly don’t see how people have so many issues. Had 0 issues withdrawing my coins after verifying. Reasonable fees. High gas fees are a thing sometimes. Pretty simple folks. Bitmart is definitely not a scam exchange. I’m generally pretty cautious with new exchanges I try and this was no different. $30 in $30 out. No issues. The ui works a lot like Kucoin, so it was fairly easy to navigate. I’ll definitely consider using bitmart more in the future. $egc
