A lot to love, but also some significant issues. Pros: – Graphics. Incredibly pleasing layout and animations. – Player pool. Most are competent, some are really good. – Usually can find an opponent right away. Cons: – Inability to block players who are really obnoxious. This is my biggest issue with the app. – Incentive structure. Yes, they want players to buy chips, but the app requires a win ratio of 66.6% just to break even. That’s nearly impossible with the variance in this game.

Hi Asher, thanks for your review. As we are a company, we sadly can’t offer 100% chip payouts for games. However, we try to offset this by giving away free chips every 4 hours and awarding chests for XP, league position and win streaks so purchases remain optional. As for blocking certain opponents, I have now passed this suggestion onto our team.

I like the game, I love to play Gin. But I have to admit, it does seem a little rigged at times. Has anyone ever gotten above 55% win ratio? I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and it never fails, I lose my chips when I reach a certain point just straight losses. Then I have to buy.

However, we don’t manipulate the deck to favor certain players as this is unethical and counterproductive as players would unlikely want to keep playing, let alone make a purchase. As you always play real opponents, any run of bad luck you have benefits them and not us.

Manuplative. Never lets you win games and you keep losing coins. They push you to keep buying the coins. Even if you buy them you will end up losing game after game. Most of the players you play against are bots I believe coz they win in one or 2 picks. And the cards you keep waiting for will not be until almost last miraculously at which point opponent gets the winning card and you end up losing.. Game is good but the greedy developers trying to steal money from you always aren’t. Don’t play

It is 2021 2 years playing Gin Rummy 2 … just wanted to update all my fellow and future players…that the glitch in the app was fixed and I have retrieved all my past progress and will continue to enjoy playing the game…thanks GAMEDUEL..you rock!!! Ready to play again!!!

I won’t give this game a one rating because I have enjoyed it far too long. But lately, I never win and have lost all of my coins. I will go back to playing pool where I can play a table for 2000 coins. They take 1000 from each player and the winner gets 2000. This way you can lose a few but when you win, you receive double what you paid (enough to play 2 more games before going broke). With this game (Gin Rummy), you may pay 480, and if you win, you get 720. Hard to get ahead…
