Whatever you changed it makes ordering and curbside pickup all but impossible. I couldn’t find the curbside option. I have a bad shortness if breath issue and cannot walk for any appreciable distance. If I hadn’t seen the associate (Carol) in the parking lot I would have canceled the order. Carol went above and beyond to help me. She even went back in twice since one item wasn’t in stock and she assisted me in ordering a suitable one. Then she went back in to get it. Left happy

In general I have found this app to be useful on several occasions, usually when I am in the store and want to be directed to where an item is located, or scan a UPC to get details. My issue with this app is that it only lets you control if notifications are on or off. I want it on so I can receive order status, etc. I will not give more than 2 stars to any application that abuses push notifications to give me ads without control over granularity of messages.

Search function needs fixed. When trying to view multiple photos of an item it skips the next slide and randomly goes to whatever slide the app decides. Specific store inventories are always off. The only good thing about this app is its store map and even then thats hit or miss depending on current management at that location. the the app should be updated considering the function of the map is to help customers find what they are looking for since you can’t ever find an employee.

Needs the following: 1. A home button. Once you’ve browsed several products, the quickest way to get back to the main screen is to force quit the app and then reopen. Otherwise, you have to hit the “back” button multiple times before you see the main screen again. 2. Product location displayed on a store map. 3. Quicker access to the “myLowes” barcode. Maybe a dedicated button rather than 3 menus deep.

The app no longer works for searching. This is as of February 15th when I tried to use it. After attempting to uninstall reinstall clear cache, clear data, all that, still nothing. Yeah, I rebooted my Google Pixel pro 7. Yeah it’s updated. There’s nothing wrong with my phone, it’s all on Lowe’s side somehow. Good luck! Stick with the browser if you’re looking for things cuz that’s the only way it’s going to work. February 17th 2023. It looks like they fixed the app. Thanks for the quick fix!
