Frozen City user reviews :

I will give credit where it’s due. The graphics are cute and the mechanics are decent. However, I feel like this game tries so hard to be Frostpunk, without having the things that makes Frostpunk great. For some, that’s fine. For me, it isn’t. If you want something of the same premise, but without microtransactions and ad-rewards, go play Frostpunk.

I like the game and game play overall. However the hero card and hero upgrade seems off. Initially it’s hard to get the heros you need, but that just slows down your progress. Updating your hero is soooo slow. To get the red stars necessary takes so much time that impedes being able to grow your city, in any real way. There needs to be more ways to get the red stars or more need to be available when won.

It’s not a bad game. I enjoy being sucked into it. My biggest complaint is the hunters.. I believe they should continue hunting until it’s break time to eat otherwise you’re stuck in a loop of those starving to death and strikes around the 6th world.. I believe that hunters have enough time to do at least two hunts and the speed boost from the tower should apply to working environments and times as well, especially the hunters. It is taking me forever to get passed this level because of this.

This is a good game. It has simple gameplay, good story, good graphics and art. It may require a bit of waiting but it’s good. 2 stars because it’s a broken app. It crashes regularly and sometimes it won’t load before crashing. At a tutorial part I had to reload the game 3+ times to complete it. It crashes when a building finishes, or you move to a new city. The crate system is so broken that the screen glitches the whole time. You can’t see a thing and just tap blindly to end it. Too many bugs.

Update: uninstalled and reinstalled bug seemed to be fixed, but I moved on to the next level and same bug happened. This time simply restarting worked. A few more bugs happened but it is enjoyable so played through. I like it a lot, just a lot of of hiccups. “Literally can’t do anything to progress the game. There is nothing I can do to make the characters eat or sleep”

  • Hello, may we ask you to please contact our customer service and explain the situation in detail, we’d like to improve the game in every aspect. Thank you!

It is good game. But developers do it in such a way, to pay good real money to have some progress. Hero system is stupid, you can’t upgrade something because you can’t obtain the hero, really? and I feel like it is boring. It could be great if it was interactive as game. But you enter once, twice per day, to upgrade buildings, and after that you leave.

Great game. I like having to keep people alive and having to strategize on what players to move. I like that you can level the heros and have to think about how to position them in battle w the animals. However, on level 3 I just about stuck because I need 2 more heroes, and I’m just not getting them during play and chest. It makes it impossible to move forward. I’m not going to get to spending a lot of money on this. Also, if you send a tired survivor back to their hut, they should sleep.
